Unmasked Mental Health provides a high-quality, low-cost Employee Support Line designed to support staff wellbeing at the point of need. As a local mental health charity, we understand the unique pressures faced by individuals who are trying to manage work on top of other pressures within their lives.

Unlike large national EAP providers, support is delivered by qualified, experienced counsellors—never call centre staff—ensuring personalised and professional care.

The employee can confidentially speak to a trained counsellor for up to one hour about how they are feeling and receive support and signposting to relevant services*.

The service costs the equivalent of just £2 per employee, per month on a two-year contract.

*service is available Monday to Friday between 8.30m & 5pm excluding bank holidays. Calls outside of these hours will be picked up the next working day.
