Our free activity groups are here to support mental wellbeing, build connections, and help prevent loneliness and social isolation. Whether you’re looking for a safe space to meet others, try something new, or simply get out of the house for a while, you’re very welcome to join us.

All groups take place at our Halifax Hub at:

🌿 Winter Activity Programme

Enjoy the opportunity to connect with other people, learn new skills and improve your wellbeing, these groups are a great way to lift your mood and connect with others.

Held in our welcoming hub space, our indoor sessions include everything from creative arts and games to relaxed coffee mornings and wellbeing chats. They’re open to all and designed to be pressure-free and inclusive.

Most activities are free or low cost to attend, and there’s no need for a referral – just come along and get involved.
