To recognise Mental Health Awareness week and support raising awareness of Mental Health, we are delivering a FREE “Mental Health Awareness” online training workshop, hosted by Unmasked Mental Health, as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. 🧠✨
In just one hour, our Training Manager Lynsey Judson will teach that us we are the essential aspect of our own lives and we may need to make intentional time and space for ourselves.  💪💬


  1. An understanding into self-care:
    • To reframe the idea that self-care isn’t just a hot bath and a cup of tea.
    • To offer a brief insight into how much self-care you undertake at the moment
  2. An overview of ideas and concepts of self-care:
    • Within this workshop we can discuss the idea of putting yourself first (or at least equal to others) instead of not even being on your own ‘to-do’ lis
    • We’ll touch on the idea of saying NO
  3. Self-care as a conscious part of your life:
    • Discussions around self-care in all areas of life
    • Balanced lifestyle and time boundaries


  1. Understanding Self-care and what the term means:
    • An increased understanding of self-care and what it actually means
  2. Practising being your own best friend
    • Understanding the way you speak to yourself
    • Learning how to put yourself first, becoming part of your priority
    • Saying No
  3. How to integrate self care into your daily routine:
    • Physical self care
    • Emotional and mental self care
    • Social and spiritual self care.
