Every Tuesday our Group Talking Therapy Hub runs at Foundry Street Community Centre in Sowerby Bridge.  

Anyone aged 18+ is welcome to attend.  The group is free of charge and there is refreshments available.

The hub is run by fully trained Facilitators who are there to support you on your wellbeing journey. 

You are welcome to come and talk within the group, or simply just sit and listen, whatever works for you.
