At Unmasked Mental Health, we work alongside employers who want to genuinely support their people — not just talk about wellbeing, but deliver it in a practical, accessible and meaningful way.
We understand that most organisations care deeply about staff wellbeing, but often struggle with where to start, how to respond when someone is struggling, or how to provide support quickly enough to make a difference. Long waiting lists, generic helplines and one-off awareness sessions rarely solve real problems.
Our employer services are designed to bridge that gap.
As a local mental health charity, we provide professional, human support delivered by qualified counsellors and experienced practitioners — not call centres, not scripted responses, and not tick-box training. Every service focuses on early intervention, real conversations, and giving both managers and employees the confidence to act before problems escalate.
Whether you need immediate support for an employee, practical tools for your managers, or a longer-term wellbeing partnership, our services can be used individually or combined into a joined-up wellbeing approach.
We offer a range of flexible, low-cost employer services designed to support both your workforce and your leadership team:
Employee Support Line – confidential access to qualified counsellors at the point of need
Employer-Referred Counselling – fast, professional support to help employees stay in or return to work
Mental Health Qualifications (NUCO Accredited) – develop confident and capable Mental Health First Aiders
Mental Wellbeing Workshops – practical, engaging sessions that build awareness and resilience
Community Wellbeing Partnership Programme – a longer-term relationship supporting both your workforce and the wider community
Each service is delivered by our experienced mental health team and built around a simple principle:
the earlier support is provided, the better the outcome for both the individual and the organisation.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all wellbeing packages. We work with you to understand your organisation, your people, and your pressures, helping you build a supportive culture where employees feel safe to speak up and managers feel confident to respond.
By working with Unmasked Mental Health, you are not only supporting your own workforce — you are also helping people in your local community access vital mental health support at the point they need it most.
