This course gives learners a solid foundation in recognising signs of mental health issues and how to start a supportive conversation.

This qualification builds deeper knowledge and practical skills. You’ll gain an understanding of a broad range of mental health conditions and how to support someone who may be experiencing them.
In this course you will:
Identify mental health conditions, triggers and common symptoms
Learn and apply the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan
Practice how to support someone in distress or crisis
Understand your role as a mental health first aider in your team or workplace
