We’re thrilled to announce our FREE “5 Steps to Wellbeing” online training workshop, hosted by Unmasked Mental Health, as part of Mental Health Awareness Week. 🧠✨
In just one hour, our Training Manager Lynsey Judson will guide you through practical steps to enhance your mental wellbeing, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and strength. 💪💬

Objectives of the workshop:

  1. Understanding how in tune you are with your wellbeing:
    • To provide you with an insight into yourself and where you are within being well at this moment in time.
    • To provide a brief insight into your self-awareness.
  2. An introduction into the 5 ways to wellbeing:
    • To understand the concept of the 5 ways to wellbeing
  3. How to easily implement the 5 steps to wellbeing:
    • To help you recognise and understand the small moments in time that reflect the 5 ways to wellbeing
    • To Unmask some of the barriers to wellbeing
    • To discuss ideas and support yourself and others around the concept of wellbeing

 Outcomes:

  1. Increased Self Awareness:
    • Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the self and be more aware of what is going on for you
    • Increased awareness of the importance of recognising the signs of not paying attention to your wellbeing.
  2. Empowerment:
    • Participants will be more informed about the concept of wellbeing and to take ownership of ones own practices and awareness.
    • Encouragement of open conversations and the creation of time to reflect and permission to relax!
  3. Motivation for Change:
    • Increased self-efficacy in managing your own wellbeing and feeling motivated to make some changes where necessary and if possible.

Overall the Unmasked Mental Health 5 ways to wellbeing workshop is a vehicle for discussion, self-reflection and a catalyst for change.
