Welcome to Unmasked Mental Health’s Summer Outdoor Activity Programme—a wonderful opportunity to boost your wellbeing by stepping outdoors, breathing fresh air, and engaging in gentle exercise in a supportive, friendly environment. Our diverse programme offers free activities suitable for all abilities, facilitated by our dedicated, trained volunteers. Whether you prefer joining us on calming guided walks, helping to do some bracken bashing, dry stone walling, attending gym sessions, or exploring nature in a social setting, our goal is simple: to encourage you to reconnect with yourself and your community, improving both your physical and mental health.
